For this first book of The Wallflowers series big stars! It was such a good buy! Thanks for telling us about the problem. Hopefully, now that the groundwork for the Wallflowers has been laid, there will be earlier and more prominent focus on the romance in the remaining books of the series.

Carrying you is far more enjoyable. I enjoyed his sense of humor and decisiveness and scenes with Simon made for much better reading than scenes without him. While this improved somewhat in the second half of the book, I still felt as though the characters in the book were simply a gaggle of modern-day teenagers acting out their tale against a Victorian backdrop.
